The bed arrived in the time promised, but the diameter is much, much smaller than what it claims to be. Even a kitten would not be comfort able. Between different family members, we have 6 cats and none of them would have anything to do with it, no matter what we tried. I think the picture show somewhat misrepresents the item (at least there should be a side view of the item and how the cat looks laying in the bed. The bed is a little flimsy, the bottom should be more padded and the sides should be able to roll down a little better. The bed looks just like a fabric version of the cat’s water bowl. Maybe it would be better if it truly were 17″ diameter, made of different fabric and have more padding in the bottom it would be better. The fabric looks and feels like building insulation.

My tiny Siamese loves this bed, but it is way too small for my other cat… the Siamese is fine with that too. However, we have had this bed for only a couple of months and she has literally dug a hole through the bottom of it. It is not made of a woven material, but is rather like felt. Neither of my cats are declawed and both “knead” with their paws prior to napping. I am going to have to replace this item and it will not be with another of the same.

I just bought this at the local pet store and my kitty absolutely loves it. It’s snuggly and it keeps her warm all night. I do think that a big cat probably wouldn’t be comfortable curling up in this. My cat is about 8 pounds and it’s perfect for her – maybe even a little big.

My cat loves this bed. He can snuggly down in it and all I see is the tip of his ears sticking out over the sides of the bed. I sewed it to another one of their products the flat pad. It makes for a real stable bed and it doesn’t flip over when the cat goes in and out. A few stitches to hook the pad to the bed and it is all set.

I have 2 kittens, and while it was folded into a bed-like form, they would never have anything to do with it. I unfolded it and it was kind of like a small tunnel, and eventually they would begin playing in it and sort of hiding in it and pouncing on each other. The photo shows a light colored cotton looking material, but it arrived in grey with more of a wool feeling to it. Was not comfortable to feel on your skin, and they never laid on it more than getting into it to hide for a few seconds. I sent it back for a refund. Would not recommend it for a bed or comfortable sitting spot for your cat.
